Time Management in Businesses

Time Management is of the utmost importance when having more than one business. In order to be successful, you must spend an equal amount time working on each business. As I mentioned previously I currently have three businesses to manage.  They each are an expression of me and an extension of my creativity. I spend my days managing the calls for my answering service. During the course of the day in between calls, I use the internet to research natural ingredients for a healthy style of daily living, as well update my knowledge of natural resources for producing natural products. I test various products myself,  I then look to my friends and family to evaluate any new product before adding it to my line. They are my critics and I respect their judgement.

 I also make melt and pour soaps with fragrant essential oils,  I then add shea butter and vegetable glycerin to the mixture. The soaps are sudsy and emollient. I don't buy soap from grocery stores any longer. Another eco friendly product I like to use. One of my customers places her order monthly for my soaps with patchouli essential oil. She highly praises the moisturizing sudsy soap content and the fragrance.

 As my answering service business day comes to an end, I prepare my dinner. Once dinner is over, I clean the kitchen. I am then ready to prepare the scented creations4u product orders I received and get  them ready to ship out the next business day.  Now I am ready to relax and make jewelry. Making jewelry is serene, you get to use your inner creativity to make different styles of jewelry. I enjoy making bracelets, necklaces, earrings, I find it to be a most tranquil craft at the end of a busy day. I spend several evening hours making jewelry. I recently had an idea to create my own signature pieces with elegant beads for necklaces and bracelets. I have named the signature pieces after my grandchildren. Customer Relations Retention in Business

  My passion for customer relations has enabled me to develop great business relationships and clients. Considering the timeframe of the Telephone Messaging Source business operation, I have developed positive relationships with a host of businesses on Long Island. I have clients that have acknowledged my qualified customer relation skills through testimonials. The admiration and appreciation portrayed by my clients warms my heart. My first client for my answering service continued for 2 years, and then later found he did not need my services due to the nature of his business volume. Seven months later he called and has returned, the gratitude of his return overwhelmed me, he could have easily found another service, however the quality of my answer services justified his return.  My customer relations path continues with my natural products. We have added Lip Balm to my list of natural products produced by Scented Creations 4U. This product is made of Shea butter, Beeswax, Coconut Oil and Sweet Orange Citrus Essential Oil. I recently introduced Peppermint Essential Oil to the Lip Balm line, we cannot make enough of it. I have a customer who purchases my lip balms in bulk, she told me she keeps one in her purse, sweater pockets and jean pockets. Her reason being, she does not like to be without it. This particular customer is a manger in an Arts and Craft store in my neighborhood. Each time I visit the store, she immediately refers to the wonderful lip balm she purchases from me.  That is  a great marketing tool I would say... wouldn't you?. I also have another customer who constantly raves about the hand cream, she offers the use of it to her friends and family members to try out. She has referred five customers to me since using it.
